2019-11-04 遠遠的皇后區邊界 Laurelton Library

The day before the National Veterans Small Business Week (NVSBW)
Resource Fair and Workshops at Fort Hamilton.
I worked non-stop from 7:30am to 4pm to prepare the table tents and the reminder for the exhibitors.
The biggest problem is "more than one person doing the same thing",
very bad coordination and communication.
I was assigned to invite exhibitors, and I feel so sorry for those exhibitors registered because they believe that my event always have a lot of attendees.
This is not my event and I don't have the authority to make decision. I suggested but in vain.
I have been trying my best to help with getting exhibitors and attendees,
but not optimistic about the turn-out.
Especially I found out R doesn't talk to T, so I have to go back and forth between them.
I don't mind to work hard, but I dislike lacking of efficiency/coordination.
at Laurelton Library after more than two hours on and under the ground.
E train to Jamaica Center then Q5 bus 28 stops to 220 St, Laurelton in Queens.
It is at the border of Queens and Valley Stream.
I was invited to speak by Earnest Flowers, NYS Senator Leroy Comrie Community Liaison
 Very warm environment

William Moi, CUNY M/WBE Director, speaking after my presentation on Porcurement
Thanks to Earnest Flowers for the opportunity.
Dinner in Valley Stream after 8pm. Starving.
